The main body is drop-forged from "special grade Chrome Vanadium Steel" (Cr-V), hardened and heat-treated using advanced technology to provide high spring-back toughness and maximum torsional strength. The cutting edges are additionally induction-hardened to deliver exceptional cutting power through thick metal wires with ease. The two-tone handle features a dual-material composite design (rigid plastic combined with a soft, non-slip rubber grip) providing superior balance and effortless leverage, yielding clean, razor-sharp cuts without damaging the inner wire cores.

Features

High-Grade Cr-V Steel Body: Drop-forged from chrome vanadium steel to prevent distortion, withstand heavy-duty use, and finished with a protective coating to resist deep rust stains.

Induction-Hardened Cutting Edges: Precision-ground tapered diagonal cutting edges subjected to specialized hardening to achieve high hardness, capable of cutting hard steel wire up to 2.0 mm without chipping.

Ergonomic Two-Component Handle: Combines impact-resistant rigid plastic with a thick, soft elastomer rubber coating (Dual-Material Grip) to distribute pressure evenly across the palm, prevent slipping, and reduce cumulative wrist fatigue.

Optimized High-Leverage Joint: The pivot rivet is precisely engineered and positioned as close to the cutting head as possible, increasing the mechanical leverage ratio to transmit hand force directly and fully to the cutting edges, saving more than 30% effort.
