The TAJIMA SHD-Z10/CN is a standard large 10-inch (250 mm) straight jaw locking plier of premium industrial grade from Tajima, Japan. Designed to deliver maximum clamping and holding power with rock-solid stability. The head and jaw structure are forged from "special formulation chrome-molybdenum alloy steel (55CoMo Alloy Steel)", which undergoes high-frequency impulse induction hardening, dramatically increasing resistance to torsion, high pressure, and tooth wear. The body features advanced welding techniques and a heavy-duty 3-rivet construction to distribute pressure and provide maximum structural strength. Ideal for heavy-duty automotive, steel structure, and general maintenance work.

55CoMo Premium Alloy Steel: Head and jaws are made from special high-grade alloy steel, durable for heavy-duty use, resistant to chipping and breakage under tremendous clamping pressure.

High-Frequency Hardened Teeth: Jaw gripping teeth are induction hardened to a high level, helping to bite and grip metal surfaces firmly without slipping.
