BESSEY TGK100-2K F-Clamp 1000 mm
The BESSEY TGK100-2K (Heavy Duty Malleable Cast Iron F-Clamp) is the ultimate heavy-duty F-clamp for jobs requiring wide clamping capacity and immense clamping force. This model provides an opening width of up to 1,000 mm (1 meter). Designed with BESSEY's signature engineering, the fixed and sliding arms are made of high-quality malleable cast iron reinforced with a corrugated profile, providing exceptionally high torsional resistance and capable of generating clamping forces of up to 7,000 N. Comes equipped with an ergonomically designed 2-component plastic handle that offers a secure, soft grip for applying full torque without hand fatigue. Combined with the BESSEY anti-slip system that firmly locks the jaw in place, preventing slipping even under job site vibrations. This is a world-class clamp trusted by professional woodworkers and metalworkers alike.

Features

- High Clamping Force: Generates up to 7,000 N of clamping force, reliably securing large structural assemblies.

- Malleable Cast Iron Jaws: Jaws made of malleable cast iron with a corrugated design for enhanced strength and superior resistance to torsion.

- Ergonomic 2K Handle: 2-component plastic handle with a comfortable grip allows tighter, smoother turning without slipping or hand discomfort while exerting pressure.

- BESSEY Anti-Slip System: Anti-slip system featuring a grooved pin on the sliding arm that interlocks with the serrated rail, preventing the clamp from loosening or slipping under vibration.

- Replaceable Pressure Plates: Pressure plates can be easily replaced without any additional tools (Tool-free replacement).

Applications (Suitable for)

- Used for clamping, assembling, and gluing large woodwork such as doors, windows, furniture, or cabinet structures.

- Metal welding and steel fabrication requiring extra-wide clamping capacity and excellent heat resistance (cast iron).

- Maintenance work in industrial plants and shipyard operations requiring high clamping force.
