BESSEY AV2 Spacer 5-20 mm
The BESSEY AV2 is an authentic German-style flooring spacer for installing laminate flooring, parquet flooring, and click-lock vinyl flooring. Designed to replace conventional wooden wedges or blocks, it features a clever dial mechanism that freely adjusts the expansion gap between the flooring panels and the wall from 5 to 20 mm. The device has a wide contact area that will not damage walls or plasterboard, along with a secure built-in locking system that prevents tipping, slipping, or popping out while tapping the flooring panels into place, ensuring flooring jobs are completed quickly, cleanly, and to the highest standards.

Features

- Stepless Adjustment: Infinitely and precisely adjustable dial mechanism covering gaps from 5 mm to 20 mm to match the requirements of each wood flooring type

- Wide Contact Area: 89 mm wide contact surface provides excellent pressure distribution, preventing pressure marks or damage to walls and wood edges

- Easy to Remove: No more stuck wedges that won't come out; once the glue dries or flooring installation is finished, simply unscrew to reduce size and effortlessly pull the AV2 out

- Lightweight & Robust: Made of engineering-grade polymer plastic (Polyamide), lightweight and easy to carry, yet highly durable against impact and compression forces

- Smart Design: Features millimeter markings on the body, enabling installers to set wood flooring expansion gaps quickly and uniformly throughout the room

Applications (Suitable for)

- Used as a spacer for laying laminate flooring

- Floating installation of parquet or engineered wood flooring

- Helps maintain a consistent expansion gap between the wood floor edge and the wall

- Ideal for interior wood flooring contractors, built-in carpenters, and DIY enthusiasts.
