BESSEY TU Door Frame Clamp 565-1010 mm
The BESSEY TU (Door Frame Clamp) is a premium door frame clamp and brace from Germany, specially designed for door frame installation tasks requiring high precision. Its primary function is to brace and maintain the door frame spacing, keeping it square and perfectly shaped while applying PU foam to fill the wall cavity. The clamp is made of anodized aluminum and fiberglass-reinforced plastic, making it lightweight yet strong and durable. It can extend over a wide range from 565 mm to 1,010 mm, accommodating almost all standard door sizes. In addition, the clamping pads feature felt cushions that gently grip the frame without scratching the wood surface or painted finish. It is an indispensable tool that helps carpenters and contractors finish jobs quickly, neatly, and with significantly reduced damage.

Features

- Gentle & Precise: Gently and precisely clamps and holds door frames, preventing them from deforming or bowing inwards while PU foam expands.

- Wide Clamping Range: The bar extends and adjusts for bracing from 565 mm to 1,010 mm, covering common standard door widths.

- Large & Protective Surfaces: Clamping pads are large and covered with special protective felt, leaving no scratches or dents on painted or finished door frames.

- Sturdy & Lightweight: Constructed from an anodized aluminum profile tube and reinforced plastic; lightweight and portable, yet offering excellent load resistance.

- Easy to Use: Quick-adjust extension and locking mechanism saves door installation time and reduces labor effort.

Applications (Suitable for)

- Installing wooden, uPVC, composite, or steel door frames

- Repairing, reshaping, or realigning warped door frames back to square

- Serving as a spacing brace while applying PU foam to fill gaps around the frame

- Ideal for interior builders, built-in carpenters, and professional DIYers
