Maximize efficiency and safety for air supply systems in maintenance workshops and heavy industries with the NITTO KOHKI Hi Cupla 400SH female air quick coupler (Socket) featuring a large 1/2" hose barb end. Made in Japan from premium steel hardened and chrome-plated for enhanced scratch and rust resistance. The Hi Cupla series features a single shut-off automatic one-way valve within the socket; the spring-loaded valve instantly seals air in the main line upon disconnecting the male plug, completely preventing high-pressure blowbacks and air blowout hazards. This allows users to change pneumatic tools on-site smoothly, quickly, and safely without needing to shut off the main air tank valve.
Features

One-Way Automatic Valve Design: Built-in one-way spring valve mechanism in the socket automatically seals off upstream air upon disconnection, providing convenience and safety without shutting off the main valve.

Hardened Steel Body Construction: Genuine hardened and precision-machined steel body withstands heavy pressure, impact, and accidental drops on demanding job sites.

Sharp Hose Barb End (SH Type): 1/2" hose barb end machined with deep, sharp ridges provides maximum grip on air hoses, preventing slippage when used with hose clamps.

NBR High-Seal Durability: Premium nitrile synthetic rubber (NBR) seal prevents omnidirectional air leaks with high resistance to oil mist and water vapor in compressed air systems.
