NITTO KOHKI 8TPH (TSP Cupla) is a 1-inch hose barb quick-connect plug made of premium brass, manufactured and surface-treated to Japan's highest industrial standards. Specially designed for use with air hoses, water delivery lines, chemicals, or high-viscosity fluids, it features a "valveless / straight-through structure" as its key highlight. This allows 100% full-flow efficiency for air and fluids without any obstructions or pressure loss (zero pressure drop), enabling end-line machinery and equipment to operate at peak performance.

Features

Valveless Structure for Maximum Flow: The absence of an internal valve provides the widest possible flow channel, making it ideal for high-volume compressed air or high-viscosity fluids such as grease, hydraulic oil, and chemicals.

Industrial Genuine Brass (Brass C3604): The body is made of high-quality brass, offering excellent mechanical strength, environmental corrosion resistance, and rust-free performance throughout its service life.

Dense, Secure Hose Barb (TPH Type): The hose barb stem features precisely machined deep serrations, ensuring a tight, secure fit onto 1-inch air or fluid hoses that won't easily slip off when secured with a hose clamp.

Excellent Temperature and Pressure Resistance: Supports normal working pressures up to 3.0 MPa and withstands system temperatures ranging from -40°C to 180°C (depending on the type of seal used on the female socket).
