NITTO KOHKI SUS 800PM is an extra-large (800 Series Big Bore) female quick coupler (Socket) with female thread (Female Thread - Rc 1"). High-precision engineering molded from 100% genuine premium-grade stainless steel (SUS304) imported directly from Japan, designed for fluid and air piping systems in harsh environments. Its highlight is the one-way shut-off line valve, featuring a spring-loaded valve mechanism concealed within the socket body that immediately blocks pressure and fluid in the main line upon disconnection of the male plug. This decisively eliminates the hazard of air pressure recoil or chemical fluid splashing, while providing maximum durability and resistance to acids, alkalis, chemicals, and sea salt spray without rusting throughout its service life.

Features

High-Grade SUS304 Stainless Steel: The body and core mechanical parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, offering outstanding resistance to mechanical and chemical impact as well as harsh environmental corrosion.

One-way Automatic Valve: The internal valve mechanism on the socket side shuts tight immediately upon plug disconnection, preserving pressure in the main pipeline and preventing hazards from fluid spray.

Maximum Flow Design: The internal passage of the 800 series is enlarged in cross-sectional area to allow air and fluid to achieve full-efficiency flow rate, minimizing pressure drop.

Advanced Seal Material (FKM / Viton): Fitted with high-grade fluoro rubber seals, offering superior resistance to fluctuating temperatures, oils, and chemical solvents compared to standard rubber, preventing micron-level leakage.

Secure Sleeve Lock: The locking sleeve around the quick coupler securely and completely locks the male plug, safely handling pressure surges in heavy industrial systems.

Applications
