The NITTO KOHKI SUS 800PH is a 1-inch male quick connect plug (extra-large port 800 Series) with a hose barb end for connecting to rubber or pneumatic hoses. Enhanced to maximum performance by being made of 100% genuine premium stainless steel (SUS304) from Japan, it is engineered for use in Hi-Cupla quick-connect systems, seamlessly and leak-free connecting to female sockets model 800SM, 800SF, or 800SH. The stainless steel construction of this model provides outstanding resistance to chemicals, acids, alkalis, and harsh corrosive environments, and is completely rust-free, making it ideal for industrial plants that demand high standards of hygiene and safety.

Superior SUS304 Stainless Steel: The body is made from solid SUS304 stainless steel, offering high mechanical strength, crack resistance, and resistance to all forms of chemical corrosion.

Max Flow Design: With its 800 Series body size, the central bore provides a wide opening, facilitating full-capacity circulation of air, water, or fluids without pressure drop (Low Pressure Drop).

Heavy-Duty Hose Barb: The end features a deep, sharp barbed shoulder design that ensures a firm fit with 1-inch braided reinforced hoses. When secured with a hose clamp, it locks tightly without coming loose even under pressure surges.

Excellent Chemical Resistance: Suitable for use in high-washdown environments, outdoor applications, food processing lines, or areas exposed to moisture and dilute chemicals.
