NITTO KOHKI BSBM 800SM is a 1-inch large-port female quick-connect coupler (Socket) (extra-large port 800 series) with female thread (Female Thread - Rc 1"). The entire body is made of 100% solid high-grade brass, imported and manufactured in Japan. Its dimensions are precision-machined to Hi-Cupla series industrial standards. It features a one-way shut-off valve mechanism with an internal spring concealed within the socket body, which instantly blocks the main fluid or air pressure from the supply line whenever the male plug is disconnected. This enables ultra-fast and exceptionally safe maintenance or tool-changing processes on site, decisively preventing hazards from air blasts or splashing liquids.

One-way Shut-off Valve System: Automatic pressure and fluid shut-off valve system on the socket side seals completely leak-free immediately upon disconnecting the male plug, allowing you to swap end-line equipment instantly without having to walk over to shut off the main valve.

100% Premium Brass Body: Made from top-grade, extra-thick solid brass, offering high resistance to mechanical impacts, moisture vapor, and chemical corrosion throughout its service life.

Max Flow Rate Design: The internal core design of the 800 series is engineered with a large air and water pathway, delivering maximum flow rate with minimal pressure loss (Low Pressure Drop).

High-Precision Steel Ball Lock: Securely locks the male plug with a steel ball bearing mechanism, ensuring that the connection will not detach even under high surge pressure conditions.
