NITTO KOHKI SP Cupla Type A, model code 4S-A, is a female quick-connect socket with a 1/2-inch male thread (R 1/2) end, made from high-quality Special Steel from Japan. The internal structure features a Two-Way Shut-Off automatic valve system, where the valve operates instantly upon disconnection of the plug, retaining high-pressure fluids or air within both sides of the line without spillage. This model comes with a premium-grade nitrile rubber (NBR) seal that delivers outstanding resistance to oil, lubricants, and medium-to-high pressure with tight sealing, making it ideal for industrial operations requiring safety and speed in power line disconnections.

Features

Two-Way Shut-Off Valve System: Maximum safety with an intelligent valve mechanism that instantly seals the flow path upon disconnection, preventing fluid spillage (Spillage-Free) and maintaining system pressure.

Hardened Special Steel Body: Undergoes surface treatment to enhance resistance to abrasion, torque, and mechanical impact from heavy-duty use, extending service life longer than conventional steel couplers.

Nitrile Rubber Seal (NBR Grade): Excellent resistance to hydrocarbon compounds, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, grease, and inert gases; does not easily perish or swell.

High Working Pressure Resistance up to 7.5 MPa: Capable of withstanding normal Working Pressure up to 75 bar, ensuring safety for high-pressure production lines.

Standard Japanese R 1/2 Male Thread Dimension: Precision-machined threading that complies with international standards, threading tightly and seamlessly into various female fittings without leak issues.
