NITTO KOHKI NO.16408 is a premium-grade Jetbroach cutter with a 26.5 mm hole diameter and a 50 mm cutting depth in steel, directly imported from Japan. Designed to elevate heavy metal plate drilling, steel beam (H-Beam / I-Beam) drilling, and large-scale structural steel work. This Jetbroach series utilizes an "annular cutting" mechanism that cuts only the perimeter of the hole, unlike conventional twist drills that must bore out the entire center of the metal. This cuts drilling time by more than half, saves machine energy, and produces smooth, burr-free holes without requiring a pilot hole (No Pilot Hole Needed), helping you complete jobs faster and most cost-effectively.

Features

Special-Grade TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) Teeth: The cutting tips are tipped with extra-thick carbide, offering superior strength and exceptional resistance to frictional heat. Capable of drilling high-tensile steel and hard metals quickly and continuously.

One-Touch Quick-Change Locking System (Round Shank with Lock): The shank is engineered to support the One-Touch quick-change system, allowing swift insertion into magnetic drilling machine chucks without needing wrenches. Secures tightly for maximum safety during operation.

Fast and Smooth Drilling Performance: Engineered with an optimized alternating tooth cutting geometry that reduces chatter (Low Vibration), cuts steel smoothly, and enables rapid chip ejection through the spiral flutes.
