The NITTO KOHKI Jetbroach annular cutter, model NO.16437, size 37 mm (depth of cut 35 mm), is manufactured and imported directly from Japan. Designed to elevate industrial metal hole-cutting operations with magnetic base drills, this "Jetbroach" or "Annular Cutter" works by cutting only the perimeter of the hole rather than removing all the metal like conventional twist drills. This enables significantly faster and more precise penetration through thick steel plates without requiring a pilot hole, reducing power consumption and drill torque wear, extending machine service life, and saving substantial working time.

Features

Premium HSS (High Speed Steel) Cutting Edge: The cutter body is made from a specially formulated high-speed steel that resists friction heat accumulation exceptionally well, maintaining sharpness over extended use and supporting smooth drilling through general structural steel.

One-touch Shank Universal Locking System: The shank is designed with a One-touch system (universal shank with detents), allowing quick push-lock engagement into standard Japanese and general brand magnetic drill chucks—fast, secure, and requiring no tightening wrenches.

Smooth and Precise Drilling: Systematically alternating tooth angles and cutting geometries reduce vibration at start-up, producing round, smooth-walled holes free of sharp burrs with no need for time-consuming deburring or finishing.
