Part of the TSP Cupla series, it is specifically chosen by plant engineers worldwide for high-flow, heavy-duty applications.

The standout feature of the 16TSH model is its "Valveless Straight-Through Design". With no internal valve or spring mechanism to obstruct flow, pipeline friction is completely minimized. Air, gas, or high-viscosity fluids such as oil and grease can flow through this quick coupling at maximum efficiency without pressure drop. The body is cast from premium alloy steel with carefully surface-hardened contact areas to prevent wear from frequent connections and disconnections, fitted with genuine NBR (Nitrile Rubber) internal seals to ensure international-standard safety.

Features

Valveless Structure: Straight-through open path for air/fluid allows maximum flow rate, ideal for high-viscosity fluids or high-volume airflow.

Rigid Carbon Steel Body: Extra-thick hardened steel body offers excellent impact resistance against dragging on concrete job sites, resisting deformation and cracking.

High Pressure Resistance: Supports a normal working pressure of up to 4.5 MPa (45 bar) and withstands instantaneous surge pressures up to 6.5 MPa.

Anti-Leakage NBR Seal: Industrial-grade nitrile rubber seal provides outstanding resistance to diesel fuel, motor oil, hydraulic oil, and common gases, operating within a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C.

Applications (Suitable for)

Suitable for large cooling water lines in metal casting plants, industrial machinery, or oil distribution piping systems in warehouses.

Used with thick 2-inch hoses for high-pressure water pumps, grease pumps, or main lines of large air compressor systems in construction works.
