It features higher silicon content for improved weld puddle fluidity and extra-low carbon for maximum corrosion resistance. The 3.2 mm size is specifically designed for welding heavy-thickness stainless steel workpieces.

High Deposition Rate: With a thick diameter of 3.2 mm, it can fill wide-gap joints rapidly and complete the weld seam in less time.

High Silicon Content (Si): Lowers the surface tension of the weld pool, providing high fluidity for a flat, beautiful weld bead that fuses excellently with the joint edges.

Extra Low Carbon (L): Helps prevent carbide precipitation, which causes intergranular corrosion, ensuring long-term weld durability.

Stable & Smooth Arc: Delivers a stable arc with a clean, bright, and shiny weld bead and minimal soot, reducing the finishing workload on heavy workpieces.

Application

Suitable for welding grades 301, 302, 304, 304L, and 308 stainless steel.
