SUMO Stainless Steel Welding Wire model ER308Lsi is a high-quality austenitic filler rod for the TIG (GTAW) welding process featuring low carbon and increased silicon content to enhance weld puddle fluidity. The 1.2 mm size is ideal for very thin workpieces, producing beautiful, flat weld seams while reducing heat build-up that could distort the material.

Excellent Fluidity (High Silicon): The increased silicon content provides superior wetting action and puddle fluidity, resulting in flat, smooth weld seams and deep penetration.

Intergranular Corrosion Resistance: The extra-low carbon content (L) minimizes the risk of carbide precipitation, delivering exceptional resistance to intergranular corrosion in the weld seam.

High Precision Welding: The 1.2 mm diameter allows welders to deposit filler metal with high precision in hard-to-reach areas or on intricate, high-detail welding jobs.

Superior Finish: Delivers clean, bright, and shiny weld beads with very little soot, reducing post-weld cleaning and finishing time.

Arc Stability: Smooth, steady arc ensures easy control of the weld puddle even at low amperages.
