Basic tool without contact locator for crimping turned pin and socket contacts from various manufacturers with cross-sections from 0.08 - 2.5 mm² (AWG 28 - 14). Crimping mandrel feed finely adjustable in 0.01 mm increments with digital readout. Selectable settings in mm, inches, or comparable MIL selector positions. Patented electronic wear monitoring system with warning function. Reliable crimping thanks to synchronous mandrel feed. Consistently high crimp quality due to integral lock conforming to IEC 60352 (self-releasing mechanism). Features recalibration function; basic setting can be checked using the supplied test pin. The application range of the crimping tool can be expanded by changing contact locators from various manufacturers. Easy to use thanks to ergonomic design. Pliers in plastic case with foam insert, plug gauge for checking the basic setting, and slots for up to 3 optional contact locators.
