The central steel bar is forged from extra-tough carbon steel with an 8 x 30 mm cross-section and anti-slip serrated grooves along the entire length, enabling the sliding jaw to lock in place quickly without slipping back under immense pressure. Supporting a maximum clamping force of up to 4,500 N (450 kg), the trapezoidal screw mechanism is chrome-plated to resist welding spatter and wear. It is enhanced by a soft two-color TPR rubber-coated handle that delivers maximum tightening torque without hand fatigue or slippage during operation.
