The KNIPEX 98 20 65 is a standard full-blade insulated slotted screwdriver compliant with VDE 1000V standards, featuring a 6.5 mm tip width (blade length 150 mm, overall length 262 mm). Designed for electrical work, system installations, and control cabinet assembly where an especially sturdy, durable insulated blade structure is required.
The ergonomic two-component handle combines durable hard plastic with soft rubber, providing a secure, comfortable grip, excellent torque transmission, and reduced hand fatigue during use. The blade is manufactured from high-grade, hardened chrome vanadium molybdenum steel with a blackened tip for enhanced screw grip precision, and is individually tested in water at 10,000V according to DIN EN / IEC 60900 standards for maximum operator safety.
