The BDS ZIA 219-KN is a premium industrial arbor imported from Germany, designed for mounting on magnetic drilling machines and industrial drills equipped with a Morse Taper 2 (MT 2 / MK 2) spindle to hold annular cutters with a 19 mm (3/4") Weldon shank.
The standout feature of the ZIA 219-KN is its Automatic Internal Lubrication system, which feeds cutting oil/coolant directly through the arbor core to the cutter tip during drilling. This reduces heat buildup, prevents cutter burning, ensures smooth chip evacuation, enhances drilling speed, and effectively extends tool life.

Features
- Automatic Internal Lubrication System: Features an automatic internal coolant system with a quick-lock coupling for direct connection to the coolant supply hose. Fluid flows only during drilling, preventing waste.
- Standard Morse Taper 2 (MT 2): High-precision MT 2 standard taper shank eliminates runout and fits perfectly into the spindles of magnetic drills and conventional drill presses.
- 19 mm (3/4") Weldon Shank Connection: Accommodates standard 19 mm Weldon shank annular cutters, securely clamped with dual grub screws.
- German Engineering Quality: Manufactured from specially hardened alloy steel to German standards, providing exceptional resistance to torque and compressive forces in heavy-duty drilling.
