The TRUSCO TYPUK-130 is a 130 mm diameter industrial fixed caster designed and manufactured in Japan, tailored for use in extremely low-temperature environments. The wheel is made with a durable reinforced nylon core covered with a specially formulated polyurethane containing cold-resistant grease, enabling smooth rolling and high elasticity even at sub-zero temperatures. The pressed steel plate bracket is plated with Trivalent Unichrome for rust and corrosion prevention. It provides excellent load capacity, firm floor traction, and leaves no scratches on factory floors.
Features
Highly cold-resistant construction (Cold-Resistant Urethane): Special grease specifications and urethane material withstand sub-zero temperatures in freezers or cold storage without becoming brittle or stiff.
High load capacity up to 183.6 kgf (180 daN): The steel bracket and reinforced nylon wheel core reliably handle heavy loads and impacts.
Smooth and gentle rolling, non-marking: The urethane tread reduces movement noise and prevents marks on epoxy or polished concrete floors.
Rigid plate design for extra stability: Sturdy stamped steel bracket guides straight-line movement accurately without wobbling.
Corrosion-resistant: Trivalent Unichrome-plated steel surface prevents rust, extending service life in high-humidity areas.
