TRUSCO TYPUJB-100A 100 mm urethane-tired nylon caster, swivel plate type with brake, is a high-quality industrial caster from Japan specially designed for use in critical temperature conditions, particularly extremely cold environments such as cold storage, food processing plants, and pharmaceutical industries. Its construction combines the advantages of a nylon core—providing strength, light weight, and rust resistance—with a special-grade polyurethane tread that does not become brittle or crack in extreme cold, resists chemicals and oils, and leaves no black marks on factory floors. Enhanced with a swivel plate mechanism featuring a double-lock brake system that locks both wheel rotation and swivel action, it provides maximum safety while parked.

Features

Cold Resistance (-30°C to 80°C): Specially formulated urethane tread resists sub-zero temperatures down to -30°C without hardening or cracking.

Non-Marking & Floor Protective: Polyurethane tread does not damage floor surfaces, making it ideal for epoxy floors, polished concrete, and cleanrooms.

High Load Capacity: Supports up to 130 kgf (approx. 132.6 kg) per caster with its robust chromate-plated steel frame.

Double Lock Safety Brake: Double-lock brake system simultaneously locks both the swivel plate and the wheel, reliably preventing trolley slippage.

Corrosion & Chemical Resistant: Nylon core and urethane wheel resist chemicals, mild acids/alkalis, and industrial oils without rusting.
