The unit precisely controls welding current from 20 to 140 Amps, displaying current levels on a digital display (Digital Display) to help welders adjust settings accurately and conveniently. Supports welding electrodes from 1.6 mm to 3.2 mm, capable of running continuously with 3.2 mm electrodes all day without interruption. In addition to the MMA welding system, the unit is designed to allow polarity swapping of welding cables on the front panel to suit different workpieces and electrode types. Features an auxiliary TIG LIFT function supporting lift TIG welding for enhanced application versatility. Most importantly, it comes equipped with a VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) safety system that reduces the open-circuit voltage (No-load Voltage) at the front terminal down to just 14 Volts when not welding or while changing electrodes, preventing electric shock hazards to the operator. Enhanced with advanced welding assistance technologies including Hot Start (adjustable 0-100%), Arc Force (adjustable 0-100%), and a built-in Anti-Stick system that immediately cuts off current when the electrode sticks to the workpiece, completely eliminating electrode sticking and burning issues.
