The entire bracket frame and mounting plate are made from selected high-density stainless steel, completely preventing chemical reactions, rust buildup, and withstanding washdowns flawlessly. The wheel tread utilizes "special grade pure nylon" (Industrial Pure Nylon) with extremely high structural strength, offering excellent resistance against chemicals, acids, alkalis, and industrial oils. Furthermore, the nylon wheel provides very low rolling resistance, ensuring an exceptionally smooth, quiet, fluid roll that noticeably reduces operator fatigue. Perfect for applications requiring high hygiene standards and wet conditions.
