Elevate efficiency and maximum safety in heavy-load lifting with the TRUSCO G50-15, a premium industrial-grade flat webbing sling (Made in Japan). Engineered and strictly woven under rigorous standards to handle heavy-duty tasks, the sling body is crafted from 100% virgin synthetic polyester (PES) fibers with a flat width of 50 millimeters and a rated working length of 1.5 meters. It delivers balanced flexibility combined with very low elongation under full load. Both ends are folded and reinforced into eye-to-eye loops sewn with heavy-duty parallel nylon stitching, highly resistant to twisting and sudden snatch loads. It achieves a straight-line safe working load limit (WLL) of up to 1.6 tons (1,600 kg)—safe, soft, contouring closely to workpieces, and strictly preventing scratches or dents on high-value surfaces.

Features

100% High-Tenacity Polyester (PES): Woven from ultra-high tensile polyester polymers, resistant to fraying, and resistant to intense UV rays and sunlight for prolonged outdoor field operations.

Reinforced Double-Ply Eye Loops: Both end loops are reinforced with double-thick webbing to withstand abrasion, crushing, and friction from hooking into crane hooks or steel shackles.

Non-Marring Surface Protection: The wide flat surface distributes pressure evenly across the workpiece, ideal for lifting painted or precision-ground smooth finished parts.

Chemical & Moisture Resistance: Fiber construction does not absorb water, does not mildew, and offers excellent resistance to corrosion from engine oil, grease, and dilute acids and alkalis in factory maintenance environments.

Strict Industrial Safety Standard: Rigorously tested for rated tensile strength to Japanese standards, with clear color-coded identification for maximum accuracy and safety for rigging technicians.
