TRUSCO TUK-200 is a heavy-duty polyurethane swivel caster with a 200 mm (8-inch) wheel diameter, imported directly from Japan. Designed and engineered for moving extra heavy loads, the wheel structure features cast high-density polyurethane bonded firmly to a steel core. The swivel head incorporates a double ball bearing system, distributing heavy downforce and allowing free directional steering under heavy loads. It is ideal for mounting on factory carts, machine bases, mold racks, or AGV frames requiring maximum durability to international maintenance standards.
Features

High-Performance Polyurethane (PU): The wheel body is made of high-grade polyurethane, offering strength and durability close to steel wheels, but with higher elasticity. It provides excellent surface grip and does not easily crack or break.

Super Heavy Load Capacity: Supports exceptionally high load capacity per wheel. The extra-thick zinc-plated steel frame provides outstanding resistance to torque, impact, and shear forces on-site.

360-Degree Fluid Rotation: The swivel plate operates with a double ball raceway system (Double Race Box), allowing smooth, fluid directional changes without jamming even under full load.

Floor & Noise Care: The PU tread is soft yet resilient, reducing noise during rolling (Silent Rolling) and preventing scratches or black skid marks on epoxy floors or polished concrete in warehouses.

Industrial Warehousing: Suitable for hand pallet trucks, large 4-wheel carts, heavy spare parts shelving, and automotive assembly trolley frames.
