The TRUSCO TPS35-50 is a top-class flat Polyester Webbing Sling manufactured to Japan's highest safety standard, JIS B 8818 Grade 3 (Japanese Industrial Standards). Designed for lifting, towing, and moving heavy workpieces in industrial factories, the sling is woven from 100% virgin, ultra-high tensile strength polyester fibers. It features dense, multi-layer stitching that delivers very low elongation under load, effectively preventing workpiece swinging or sagging. The flat belt design distributes pressure evenly, while the softness of the webbing surface gently protects workpiece finishes—leaving no scratches, drag marks, or dents on steel molds, polished stainless steel pipes, or automotive parts. Far safer than conventional steel chains or wire ropes, it delivers reliable Japanese-style safety.

JIS Grade 3 Certification: Certified to Japanese Industrial Standards Grade 3—the highest grade for webbing slings—ensuring strict safety factor compliance.

High Strength to Weight Ratio: The sling is lightweight and highly flexible compared to chains or wire ropes of the same rating, allowing technicians to prepare on-site, rig lifts, and store it quickly with minimal fatigue.

Woven Wear Indicators: Features red core yarns woven inside the strap (warning fibers). If the outer webbing wears or tears to expose the red threads, technicians immediately know it is time to replace the sling for safety.

Reinforced Lifting Eyes: Both end loops are densely stitched and reinforced with anti-wear fabric, providing long-lasting resistance against friction from crane hoist hooks.

Weather & Chemical Defense: The non-absorbent polyester fabric offers excellent resistance to oil mists, chemicals, diluted acids/alkalis, and UV rays, preventing deterioration during outdoor use.
