A premium product built to factory engineering standards from Japan. The wheel core is made of phenolic resin reinforced with composite fiberglass, providing continuous heat resistance up to 200°C without warping, deforming, or emitting toxic substances. The thick stamped-steel frame is finished with quality chrome plating for strength and durability, designed as a rigid caster for precise straight tracking without swaying or wobbling even under full load capacity. It is the perfect solution for heat baking chambers, food processing plants, warehouses, and all types of heavy industries.  
Features
Extreme High Temperature Resistance: The fiberglass-fused phenolic wheel material operates stably in extreme temperatures from -40°C up to +200°C. Heavy Duty Caster Structure: The steel caster frame features a Japanese-style pressure-distributing structure, supporting a safe load capacity of up to 180 kg per caster.
Chemical & Oil Resistant: The smooth, hard wheel surface does not react with engine oils, lubricants, or dilute acids and alkalis commonly found on factory floors.
No Sagging and No Flat Spots: Even when parking heavily loaded carts inside ovens for long periods, the wheel will not flatten or develop permanent flat spots like typical rubber wheels.
