Dräger X-pect 8120 Over-the-Glasses Safety Spectacles, Blue Temples
Dräger X-pect 8120 safety glasses (clear lens, blue temples) provide high-performance eye protection specially designed for technicians and procurement staff who wear prescription glasses. The glasses feature an Over-The-Glasses (OTG) design with an extra-large and deep frame structure, allowing them to be worn over your prescription glasses immediately without pinching your face. The striking blue frame contrasts with the highest grade clear lens (Optical Class 1), providing realistic visibility with no distortion or optical aberration, and preventing dizziness even during all-day wear. Offers 360-degree protection on the front, sides, and brow area, ensuring confidence in every industrial workshop application.

Features

- Over-The-Glasses design: Engineered to fit perfectly over existing prescription glasses, eliminating the problem of safety glasses pressing against inner frames and causing temple discomfort.

- Inclination Adjustable Temples: The hinge between the temples and the frame can be freely adjusted for tilt angle, ensuring the lower edge of the frame sits flush against each individual's cheekbones to seal off gaps and prevent flying debris from entering.

- High-Impact Polycarbonate Lens (Premium Polycarbonate): The lens offers high toughness and strength, resisting impacts from steel chips, rock debris, and high-velocity particles in accordance with industrial standards.

- All-Around Protection (Brow & Lateral Protection): The upper frame features an extended browguard to block forehead dust, combined with side shields to thoroughly enclose the eyes.

- 99.9% UV Protection (UV 400): The lens filters out harmful ultraviolet radiation that can damage the retina, suitable for both indoor and outdoor work.

Applications (Suitable for)

- Prescription Eyewear Wearers in Technical Fields: Ideal for maintenance technicians, supervising engineers, and plant visitors who need to wear their prescription glasses.

- Metal Cutting and Grinding: Protects against flying sparks, steel shavings, and stone fragments from 4-inch angle grinders or cutoff machines.

- Construction and Woodworking: Protects against concrete dust, airborne wood dust, and flying debris on jobsites.

- Laboratory and Warehouse Work: Protects against light chemical splashes and accumulated dust during material handling.
