TRUSCO G50-60 Flat Eye and Eye Webbing Sling
TRUSCO G50-60 Premium Industrial Grade Belt Sling, 50 mm wide, 6.0 meters long. An equipment for lifting, moving, and rigging heavy objects conforming to JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards), manufactured and woven directly in Japan (Made in Japan). The sling is woven from 100% high-grade polyester fibers with an extra-thick multi-layer weave to distribute pressure evenly. Designed in a flat Eye & Eye type, it is soft and highly flexible yet exceptionally strong. It protects the surfaces of valuable workpieces from dents, scratches, or chipped paint—completely unlike steel chains or wire ropes. Ideal for lifting machinery, steel pipes, cable drums, or structural steel in factories and construction sites where the highest safety standards are required.

Features

Superior High Tensile Woven Structure: Tough, tightly woven fibers resist tearing and exhibit very low elongation under full rated load, helping to minimize load swinging during transit.

Reinforced Eyes with Anti-Wear Sleeves: Both eye loops (Double Eye) are reinforced with an extra layer of thick woven fabric to reduce friction and heat buildup when engaged with crane hooks or shackle pins.

Lightweight - flexible operation: The webbing strap is lightweight compared to steel wire slings, allowing technicians to easily rig and configure lifting postures (Choker/Basket Lift) with bare hands, quickly and conveniently.

Chemical and UV resistant: The polyester material does not absorb water, does not develop mold, and has excellent resistance to lubricating oils, dilute acids/alkalis, and sunlight. Can be used outdoors with confidence.
