The TRUSCO TSDN-1510-25 is a D-shaped (D-profile) self-adhesive sponge rubber bumper, manufactured to high industrial standards in Japan (Made in Japan). The rubber seal is made from premium-grade synthetic EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) sponge rubber, featuring a closed-cell sponge structure that provides softness, high elasticity, and fast rebound recovery after compression. The back comes equipped with factory-applied high-strength adhesive tape, making it easy to peel and stick firmly to a wide variety of surfaces including steel, wood, plastic, or glass. Specially designed for shock absorption, gap sealing against water leakage, dust prevention, draft exclusion, and effective noise reduction from closing doors or machine covers. Exhibits exceptional resistance to weather, sunlight (UV), and ozone.

Features

D-Shape EPDM sponge rubber structure: Features a hollow center to smoothly disperse compressive pressure, providing higher shock absorption efficiency than conventional solid rubber.

Heavy Duty Adhesive backing: Ready to install without extra glue, provides strong adhesion, and resists peeling off under vibration conditions.

Excellent weather resistance (Weatherproof): The rubber material does not easily become brittle, dry, or degraded; resists UV rays, moisture, diluted chemicals, and high heat in engine compartments or outdoors.

Completely water and dust resistant (Closed-Cell Structure): The fine-pored sponge does not absorb water, sealing gaps effectively to prevent water leaks and provide excellent sound dampening.

Applications (Suitable for)
