The TRUSCO TSBU-19 is a premium U-shackle (straight D-shackle) made of high-quality stainless steel (SUS304) imported from Japan. Its unique highlight is the "double-locking system with bolt, hex nut, and split pin (cotter pin)," providing significantly higher safety than conventional screw pin shackles and offering 100% anti-vibration loosening protection. With a 3/4-inch pin diameter, the shackle is engineered and tested for a maximum safe working load of up to 1.12 tons (1,120 kg). Its pure stainless steel construction completely eliminates rust and corrosion concerns, offering a smooth, polished finish and chemical resistance, making it ideal for high-safety applications exposed to harsh environments.
