Polyester Ratchet Tie Down TRUSCO Model GX38S-400J, imported from Japan. The highlight of this model is its ratchet buckle mechanism made entirely of SUS304 stainless steel, offering outstanding resistance to rust and corrosion. It is ideal for use in high-humidity environments or areas exposed to sea breeze and salt mist. The strap is made of high-quality green polyester (PES) woven with yarn that does not bleed color onto workpieces or cargo. It has a width of 38 mm and a total length of 5.5 m (divided into a 4.5 m roll-up side and a 1.0 m fixed side), supporting a Maximum Working Load of 0.4 tons (400 kg). Features J-hooks for easy and secure fastening.

All Stainless Steel Buckle: The ratchet lever mechanism and metal parts are made of stainless steel (SUS304), resistant to rust and corrosion from sea water and sea breezes.

High Quality PES Yarn: Polyester webbing made from dope-dyed yarn (原着ポリエステル糸) prevents color peeling or bleeding onto workpieces, offering tear-resistant durability.

Optimal Capacity: 38 mm wide strap capable of supporting a maximum working load of up to 400 kg (0.4 tons).

J-Hook Design: Features J-Hook ends for secure and quick attachment to anchor points or steel D-rings.

Removable Protector: Comes with a strap protector made of PP plastic to prevent strap damage from abrasion against sharp workpiece edges and corners.
