Galvanized steel winch wire rope for TRUSCO manual winches, model WWS6-40, diameter 6 mm, total length 40 meters. Directly imported from Japan in industrial engineering grade, this high-performance wire rope is braided from special carbon steel wires. Its 6×37 stranded construction delivers exceptional flexibility and recovery. The wire rope undergoes a dense galvanized coating process, providing superior resistance against rust and corrosion from outdoor weather, moisture, or water droplets—extending its service life significantly longer than bare wire rope.

The key safety highlight of this model is the factory-processed Japanese "one-end thimble mechanical lock" (片端シンブル入りロック加工). An aluminum sleeve is swaged under tremendous pressure, giving the loop eye full rated strength without slipping or fraying. The heart-shaped thimble inside evenly distributes compression forces and protects the wire rope strands from severe abrasion, bending, or wear when attached with snap hooks or shackles. The other end is cleanly cut and ready for winding onto the drum of 300–500 kg capacity manual hand winches for immediate use.
