TRUSCO Model LV-150N, a cast iron bench vise for engineers and industrial mechanics with a jaw width of 150 mm (6 inches). A popular, top-grade clamping tool imported from Japan, ready to tackle heavy metal cutting, drilling, and assembly with rock-solid stability. Its key highlight is the extra-thick "Square Shaft Guide System", precision surface-machined to ensure the jaws slide in perfect parallelism, preventing misalignment, jaw twisting, or play even under tremendous clamping force. The entire body is cast from high-density carbon cast iron (FC250), effectively dampening vibrations from impacts and power tool operations. Designed with a fixed base for maximum stability and firmness on the workbench.

Solid Cast Iron Body (FC250): Extra-thick main body cast from industrial-grade FC250 cast iron, robust and rugged, capable of handling heavy clamping forces and durable for rigorous heavy-duty workshop tasks.

Heavy Duty Square Shaft Design: The trapezoidal square guide shaft distributes torque evenly, minimizing play in the jaw assembly and ensuring precise, accurate clamping.

Extreme Clamping Force (30 kN): Steel threaded spindle and handle made of high-carbon hardened steel deliver and generate a clamping force of up to 30 kN (approx. 3.0 tons), locking workpieces firmly, securely, and safely.

Wide Jaws & Extra Deep Open: Jaws measure 154 mm wide by 86 mm deep, with a generous spindle opening capacity of up to 190 mm. Easily clamps square objects, pipes, or large parts.

Replaceable Carbon Steel Jaws: Serrated jaws made of hardened steel enhance grip and friction; replaceable as spare parts when worn down after long-term use.
