The TAJIMA cutter blade model LB-70A (or global code LCB-70A) is a specialized utility knife blade designed specifically for scoring and cutting plastic sheet materials. The blade is manufactured from premium carbon and alloy tool steel (Alloy Tool Steel SKS-7) under Japanese quality control standards. The cutting edge is formed into a "hook-shaped" profile (Hook Blade) to scrape and score deep, precise grooves into plastic or acrylic surfaces. This allows craftsmen to snap plastic sheets cleanly along the scored line with a neat, smooth cut edge, without cracking or excessive plastic burrs, delivering noticeably superior performance compared to standard straight cutter blades.
