The TAJIMA DFC510N/PR multi-purpose utility knife, from the Driver Cutter series in a distinctive Plum Red finish with a standard 18 mm blade size, is an authentic Japanese industrial- and construction-grade specialty knife. The handle stands out with its premium, eye-catching plum red color, making it easy to identify your tool on busy jobsites with multiple workers. Equipped with a tight and stable spring-loaded "Auto-Lock" slide system, it securely locks the blade in place immediately at the desired working length. Built to withstand heavy pressure, torsion, and prying forces with an extra-thick stainless steel sleeve, it maximizes cutting accuracy and smoothness on every job.

One-Touch Auto-Lock System: Heavy-duty spring-loaded auto-lock slide mechanism provides superior resistance against cutting back-push forces, allowing quick blade length adjustments without wasting time turning a locking wheel.

1.0 mm Ultra-Thick Stainless Steel Sleeve: The blade guide sleeve is made of genuine stainless steel up to 1.0 mm thick (3.5 times thicker than standard cutter sleeves). Highly stable and rigid, its steel tip can be used to press and pry workpieces without twisting or bending the sleeve.

Ergonomic Plum Red Body: Handle structure made of ultra-tough ABS engineering composite plastic, resistant to concrete drops and light chemical corrosion. The contoured, ergonomic grip ensures precise control during straight cutting operations.

Multi-Function Hard Driver Fin: The tail end of the utility knife is molded from thick hardened steel, designed as a multi-purpose fin with hardness equivalent to a screwdriver. It can be used for surface scraping, driving screws, prying open paint can lids, or slitting packing tape on boxes without extending the actual blade.
