The TAJIMA GSL2555BL (G STAINLESS LOCK model) is a 5.5-meter premium-grade stainless steel tape measure built specifically to withstand wet environments, civil engineering construction sites, concrete formwork, or coastal worksites. All internal and external metal components, including the blade and recoil spring, are made from 100% genuine rust-resistant stainless steel. Combined with an armored case structure wrapped in extra-thick synthetic elastomer resin, it is one of the most durable and accurate tape measures in the industry.

Features

100% Stainless Steel components: The tape blade and internal recoil spring system are made of stainless steel, rust-free even when used in the rain or exposed to water.

Resin Anti-Scratch Coating: The blade surface is coated with an extra-thick clear resin layer to protect against scratches from dragging against steel or concrete, and to prevent the markings from fading.

Elastomer Resin G-Cover: The entire outer case is covered in thick, soft elastomer rubber (G-Cover), delivering excellent shock absorption, preventing breakage when dropped from heights, and avoiding scratches on surrounding workpieces or building materials.

Double-Sided High Visibility Scale: The anti-glare white blade surface makes it easy to read even in bright sunlight, featuring double-sided printing for both horizontal and vertical measurements.

High Horizontal Retention: The steel blade is strong with an optimal curvature, extending straight in the air up to 2.3 - 2.4 meters without buckling, facilitating convenient solo operation.
