NITTO KOHKI 200-20SF Steel One-Touch Quick Coupler Socket Female Thread

NITTO KOHKI 200-20SF Steel Male Quick Coupler Easy One-Touch Connection
The NITTO KOHKI Hi Cupla 200-20SF STEEL NBR (Series 200) is an innovative female socket quick coupler developed for maximum convenience and safety in engineering and manufacturing applications from Japan. Its key highlight is the One-Touch Connection system, allowing users to effortlessly push the male plug into lock with one hand, without needing to pull back the slide sleeve like conventional couplers. The body is formed from premium-grade steel and subjected to molecular-level case hardening (Hardened Steel), delivering exceptional resistance against impacts from pneumatic tools, high vibration, and repeated on-site mating. The rear connection features an Rc 3/8-inch female thread with a built-in automatic shut-off valve (One-Way Valve); the moment the hose is disconnected, the main air supply is shut off immediately. This ensures reliable safety, prevents air leaks, saves energy, and significantly accelerates working processes.
Features
One-Touch Connection: Quick-connect one-touch mechanism; simply push the male plug in for a secure, immediate lock. Convenient, fast, and cuts work time in half.
Hardened Steel Structure: High-grade hardened steel body that withstands torque, impact, and environmental corrosion many times longer than conventional couplers.
Automatic Shut-Off Valve: Built-in shut-off valve on the female socket side that immediately cuts and blocks airflow upon disconnection, preventing hose whip and conserving tank-compressed air.
NBR High-Pressure Seal: Features an industrial-grade nitrile rubber (NBR) internal seal that resists oil, heat, and pressure, effectively preventing compressed air leakage.
High Flow & Low Pressure Drop: Internally engineered airflow passage maximizes air delivery and minimizes pressure loss, allowing air tools to perform at full capacity.
Applications
Used for connecting and distributing air in main compressed air piping systems across automotive assembly plants, maintenance shops, production lines, and general workshops.
Ideal for installing on pneumatic tools that require steady airflow and high torque, such as large impact wrenches, air screwdrivers, air blow guns, or spray guns.
Used at points requiring frequent pneumatic tool or equipment changeovers to enhance operational speed and save labor.
