Male quick connect air coupling (Hi Cupla Plug) NITTO KOHKI Model 110PN, 100% genuine product imported directly from Japan, is a pneumatic fitting specifically designed for connecting to air hoses and heavy-duty PU/urethane hoses. The rear connection features a "Nut Type" design that securely locks the air hose without needing a hose clamp. The fitting body is made of case-hardened steel, providing exceptional resistance to high impacts and abrasion on the job site. It prevents air leakage and pressure drops in the air supply system, allowing pneumatic tools to operate at peak performance and maximizing air compressor energy savings.
Features

Nut-Type Tightening: Nut-type hose locking system provides an extra-secure grip, preventing hose whipping or detachment during sudden pressure surges in the system; safer and easier to install than conventional hose clamps.

Hardened Steel Body: Made of premium-grade steel with a case-hardened surface treatment to extend service life, resisting wear even with frequent coupling and uncoupling from sockets.

High Pressure Endurance: Engineered to withstand industrial standard air pressures, handling normal working pressures up to 2.0 MPa (20 bar / approx. 290 psi).

Large Air Flow Rate: The wide internal air passage is aerodynamically designed to deliver high flow rates with minimal pressure drop, allowing downstream pneumatic tools to operate at full power.
