The NITTO KOHKI 17SH Hi Cupla air quick coupler is the global standard of quick couplers trusted by Thai technicians and industrial factories worldwide. A genuine product imported from Japan, the body is made of steel subjected to a special surface hardening process, providing excellent wear resistance through tens of thousands of repeated connections and disconnections. The advanced engineered internal structure effectively prevents system air leakage to the highest degree. It comes with a high-quality NBR (nitrile rubber) seal that offers superior resistance to chemicals, lubricating oil mist, and heat buildup.
Features

One-Way Shut-Off Valve: Built-in industrial-grade shut-off valve inside the socket (female). Air is instantly shut off when the plug is disconnected, preventing backflow and maintaining main system air pressure without drops.

High-Pressure Seal Structure: Designed for heavy-duty applications, withstanding normal working pressures up to 2.0 MPa (20 bar / approx. 290 psi) for safe, worry-free operation.

Hardened Steel Body: Made of specially selected grade steel, resistant to impacts, torque, and harsh environments on job sites or production lines.

Seamless Connection: High-precision hose barb engineered to securely fit 1/4" air hoses, preventing detachment or leakage when tightened with a hose clamp.

Applications

Suitable for connecting to rubber air hoses, PU air hoses, or braided air hoses with a 1/4" (6.5 mm) inner diameter.

Compatible with rotary air compressors, belt-drive air compressors, and main factory air supply piping systems.
