NITTO KOHKI 40SM quick-connect male air plug (Hi Cupla Plug), a premium industrial-grade pneumatic coupler innovation from Japan. Manufactured from special hardened steel subjected to a case hardening heat treatment process, making its contact surface vastly more resistant to scratches and wear than conventional steel. The rear end features a high-precision 1/2-inch male thread, ensuring a tight, secure, and leak-free connection to pneumatic equipment or tools in high-pressure air systems. Designed to work seamlessly with Hi Cupla series sockets.
Features

High Pressure Proof: The hardened steel plug body features an advanced engineered design capable of safely handling normal working pressures up to 2.0 MPa (20 bar or approx. 290 psi).

Wear-Resistant Body: Main body made from specially selected steel, resistant to torque, impacts, and repeated connections/disconnections without surface galling.

Precision NPT/PT Thread: 1/2-inch male thread machined on high-precision CNC equipment with sharp thread profiles for easy, tight threading when used with thread seal tape.

Optimal Air Flow: Extra-wide internal air passage design reduces pressure drop, allowing maximum airflow efficiency so air tools operate at full power.
