NITTO KOHKI 40SH Pneumatic Quick Coupler (Hi Cupla), a leading industrial standard product from Japan. The coupler body is made of specially hardened steel through high-precision manufacturing processes to ensure tight, secure connections without air leaks in the system. Equipped with premium NBR (Nitrile Rubber) seals offering outstanding wear resistance and durability against lubricants in pneumatic systems. Ideal for use with air tools and air compressors in industrial plants or workshops requiring maximum efficiency and safety.
Features

One-Way Shut-off Valve: Features an automatic shut-off valve inside the socket (female), instantly shutting off air when disconnected to prevent backflow and reduce pressure drop in the system.

High Pressure Resistance: Extra-durable steel construction, capable of handling normal working pressures up to 2.0 MPa (approx. 20 kgf/cm²) with maximum pressure resistance up to 3.0 MPa.

Excellent Durability: Surface-hardened to reduce wear from frequent connections and disconnections, resisting impacts and heavy-duty use on worksites.

Tight NBR Seal: Completely prevents leakage with a premium NBR rubber seal, supporting operating temperatures from -20 °C to +80 °C.

Applications
