The NITTO KOHKI 35PHB (Mini Cupla Super Series) is a male plug fuel gas quick-connect coupler with a 3/8-inch hose barb end. Constructed from industrial-grade steel with a specialized surface plating, this authentic product is made in and imported from Japan. Specially designed for gas metal cutting and welding systems that demand the highest safety standards, its key highlight is a built-in check valve inside the plug, which immediately shuts off flow and blocks fuel gas during reverse pressure conditions—preventing gas mixing in supply hoses and completely mitigating the risk of worksite explosions.

Features

Integrated Non-Return Check Valve System: Features a one-way internal check valve inside the plug that seals the line instantly if backpressure occurs from the cutting torch, delivering maximum safety for on-site technicians.

Hardened Steel with Treatment: The coupler body is made of surface-treated hardened steel for enhanced strength, resistant to torque, vibrations, and corrosive fuel gas chemicals; resists rust to extend service life.

Mini Cupla Safety Design: The plug and socket feature dedicated dimensions specific to the Mini Cupla series that prevent accidental cross-connection with oxygen couplers, eliminating on-site human error.

Precision 3/8" Hose Barb: The rear features a finely serrated 3/8-inch hose barb machined to fit securely onto gas hoses (twin or single hose), forming an airtight seal when clamped with a hose clamp.

Applications
