The NITTO KOHKI 02SMF AL NBR (Hi Cupla Aluminum Series) is a premium female socket pneumatic quick coupler featuring a G 1/4" female thread connection at the end. Constructed from specially selected anodized aluminum alloy with authentic Japanese design and high manufacturing standards (Made in Japan), it is engineered to overcome the limitations of conventional steel and brass air couplers. This model weighs up to 50% less than its steel counterparts, effectively reducing drag and weight at the end of the hose. As a result, operators can maneuver pneumatic tools freely and precisely while significantly reducing accumulated fatigue during extended work periods.

Features

Ultra-Lightweight Aluminum Construction: The body is made from engineering-grade aluminum alloy, significantly lighter than standard models. This prevents the base of the air hose from bending under the coupler's weight and enhances air tool maneuverability.

Anodized Surface Treatment: Finished with a thick anodized layer to harden the surface, providing excellent resistance to scratching and drop impacts while completely preventing metallic corrosion in humid air system environments.

One-way Shut-off Valve: Features an internal industrial spring valve inside the socket that instantly shuts off air supply and seals the main line upon disconnecting the plug, preventing air pressure loss and ensuring maximum operator safety.

Premium NBR Seal: Internal sleeve is fitted with high-grade NBR rubber seals, resistant to corrosion from lubricating oil mists in the air line and heat-resistant. Maintains its shape and fits tightly against the plug, preventing air leaks even during continuous high-pressure operation.
