The NITTO KOHKI 30SH-BL (Hi Cupla Series with Safety Lock) is a female quick-connect air coupler socket featuring a 3/8-inch hose barb end. Constructed from chrome-plated steel for enhanced durability, it is imported and made in Japan. It stands out from standard air couplers with its built-in sleeve rotary lock mechanism (model code BL) on the socket sleeve, preventing accidental disconnection caused by inadvertent sleeve depression and hose whiplash. Ideal for production lines or workshop environments that prioritize strict safety standards (Zero Accident).

Features

Advanced Sleeve Lock Mechanism: Once the male plug is connected in place, the operator can immediately rotate the socket sleeve to engage the safety lock. This system prevents the sleeve from shifting, eliminating hose disconnections caused by sudden tension or snagging on on-site objects.

Heavy-Duty Steel Body: The body is made of industrial-grade hardened steel, resistant to torque, impact, and wear from frequent pneumatic tool changes. The surface coating provides excellent rust protection.

One-way Shut-off Valve: The internal valve in the socket immediately shuts off the main air supply line upon disconnection, effectively preventing air leaks and maintaining constant system line pressure.

3/8-inch Hose Barb: Features standardized dimensions with deep, sharp barb ridges that grip tightly onto 3/8-inch rubber or braided air hoses, ensuring a secure and safe connection when fastened with a hose clamp.
