The NITTO KOHKI 02SH STEEL NBR (Hi Cupla Series) is a female socket-type air quick coupler with a 1/4-inch hose barb end. Built from hardened and nickel-plated steel for enhanced durability, it is genuine and Made in Japan. Designed as a highly stable main air line connection point, it delivers excellent shock resistance for use with heavy-duty pneumatic tools in industrial plants and maintenance workshops. Its internal mechanism features an automatic one-way shut-off valve that prevents backflow and perfectly maintains line pressure throughout the delivery system.

Features

Hardened Steel Body: The body is made from industrial-grade steel with critical contact points hardened, offering high resistance to wear, floor impact drops, and delivering a longer service life than conventional couplers.

Hi Cupla Mechanism: The internal locking ball mechanism securely and firmly grips the mating male plug, allowing smooth one-handed connection and disconnection to reduce tool changeover time.

Durable NBR Seal: The internal rubber seal provides excellent resistance against oil mist carried in compressed air systems, preventing cracking or degradation and extending the life of the leak-proof sealing system.

1/4" Hose Barb Stem: Standard 1/4" hose insertion stem with deep barbs ensures a tight, secure grip on PU or rubber air hoses. When secured with a hose clamp, it prevents slippage even during pressure surges.

Applications

Used for installation on the end of air hoses, branch lines, or main factory air supply lines to serve as a female quick-connect point.

Ideal for automotive workshops, industrial assembly lines, construction sites, and steel fabrication requiring heavy-duty pneumatic tools.
