NITTO KOHKI RL-20PM STEEL NBR Rotary Plug Coupler 360° Free Swivel
The NITTO KOHKI RL-20PM (Hi Cupla Rotary Plug Series) is a male thread quick-connect air plug with an R 1/4" (PT 1/4) thread, featuring a special 360-degree free rotary joint. Constructed from industrial-grade steel treated for enhanced surface hardness, this genuine product is made in and imported from Japan. Designed to install directly onto pneumatic tools, it eliminates classic pneumatic hassles such as bent, twisted, or kinked air hoses during operation—issues that disrupt airflow and cause wrist fatigue. This coupler allows the hose to hang naturally at any operating angle.

Features

Smooth Swivel Joint (360° Free Rotation): The internal rotary mechanism operates smoothly, moving effortlessly along with the pneumatic tool's motion in any direction. Effectively resolves hose tension and tangling, extending hose life by preventing premature cracking and splitting.

Hardened Steel Body: The plug and swivel spindle are made of steel with anti-rust plating, offering exceptional resistance to torque, vibration, and air pressure surges without loosening or developing air leaks around the rotary joint.

Standard R 1/4 (PT 1/4) Male Thread: Precision-machined male threads adhere strictly to Japanese standards, threading tightly into the air inlet of pneumatic tools to prevent cross-threading and maintain system air pressure flawlessly.

Premium NBR O-Ring: The swivel spindle incorporates an industrial-grade nitrile rubber seal resistant to oil stains and pneumatic tool lubricant vapors, ensuring 100% leak-proof performance around the rotating axis.

Applications

Installed directly into the air inlet of pneumatic tools (such as air impact wrenches, air drills, air grinders, or paint spray guns) before connecting to a female socket on the air supply hose.

Ideal for automotive service centers, assembly lines, machine shops, paint & body shops, spray painting, and industrial plants where operators continuously maneuver pneumatic tools in confined spaces.

Significantly enhances maneuverability on production lines, prolongs air hose lifespan, and visibly reduces accumulated wrist fatigue for operators.
