The NITTO KOHKI 02SN AL NBR (Hi Cupla Series) is a female socket-type pneumatic quick connect coupler featuring a 1/4-inch hose barb end. The body is made from an aluminum alloy, offering an ultra-lightweight design that will never rust over its service life. Designed to reduce the load weight on air tools and air hoses in production lines, it allows operators to work with greater agility and less fatigue. Internally, it incorporates an automatic one-way shut-off valve mechanism that opens and closes upon connection/disconnection, paired with a tight-sealing industrial-grade NBR rubber seal. Confidently built to international safety and manufacturing standards from Japan (Made in Japan).

Features

Lightweight Aluminum Body: The body is made of surface-treated aluminum alloy, significantly lighter than steel and brass models, enhancing maneuverability when handling and operating air tools.

One-way Shut-off Valve: Features an internal pressure control valve in the female socket that immediately blocks air in the main line when the male plug is disconnected, decisively preventing back pressure and air leaks.

NBR (Nitrile Rubber) Seal for Complete Leak Prevention: Resists oil mist, lubricant residues carried in the air line, and maintains stable weather resistance, ensuring no air leaks even with prolonged continuous use.

1/4-inch Hose Barb: Precision-engineered to international standards, fitting snugly onto 1/4-inch air hoses and securing firmly and safely with a hose clamp.

Applications
