DONG CHENG DCYH400-EM 20V Cordless Hydraulic Crimping Tool (Kit 2x 4.0Ah Batteries)

DONG CHENG DCYH400-EM 20V Cordless Hydraulic Crimping Tool (Kit 2x 4.0Ah Batteries)
The Dongcheng DCYH400-EM cordless hydraulic crimping tool is a top-tier tool for electrical system technicians, transformer installers, and substation contractors. Designed to elevate work beyond the limits of cords, it is powered by a high-efficiency Brushless Motor combined with a Micro Bipolar Hydraulic System, delivering a massive crimping force of up to 120 kilonewtons (kN). This makes crimping large cable lugs and cables effortless, labor-saving, and noticeably faster.

Features
- Powerful Max. Crimping Force (120 kN): Provides consistent, tight crimping according to electrical engineering standards. Supports copper cables up to 400 sq.mm. and aluminum cables up to 300 sq.mm.
- Micro Bipolar Hydraulic System: Allows the blade/crimping head to advance quickly toward the workpiece in the first stage, automatically switching to high-pressure force upon contact with the workpiece to increase working speed (crimping cycle of just 5-15 seconds).
- 350° Rotating Head: The hydraulic crimping head rotates smoothly 350°, facilitating agile operation in tight spaces, corners, or vertical/horizontal wiring layouts.
- Full Set of Dies: Comes with 12 standard crimping die sizes ranging from 16 to 400 sq.mm., easily interchangeable to match wire sizes.

Applications
- Cable lug crimping and wire splicing in high- and low-voltage electrical systems
- Installation of main distribution boards (MDB), large control panels, and electrical systems in industrial plants
- Underground cable connection work, substation operations, and transformer installation
- Ideal for electrical engineers, professional electrical systems technicians, and power systems contractors
